The Course
Designed by F.G. Hawtree and James Braid
Croham Hurst golf course, designed by F.G. Hawtree and James Braid, was opened as an 18 hole course on 25th October 1911. Situated in gently rolling countryside just 2 miles from central Croydon, Croham Hurst is a delightful parkland course with densely wooded areas. Built on chalk the course drains well, offering the opportunity of all year round golf.
The course rewards accurate driving and the undulating greens provide an interesting challenge to golfers of all standards. After opening with two long uphill par 4 holes players will need to ensure a good front nine score before tackling the more testing back nine holes.
Medal Tees 6206 yards, Par 70, Ladies Tees 5577 yards, Par 72. Please see the scorecard showing all seven tees for Mixed use.
Green Fees and Societies are welcome by prior arrangement.
